SR. MANAGER HVAC DESIGN

JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a competent and energetic Senior Manager for HVAC Design. The engineer will provide engineering and team leadership for design and drafting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & planning of HVAC system for Pharmaceuticals applications.
• Heat load calculation
• Designing of HVAC system, Proficient Heat load & psychometric analysis, Preparation of Room data sheet, Equipment selection, Piping calculations, Bill of Quantity & Technical Specification preparations, energy consumption analysis of various HVAC equipment’s based on vendor offers, handling site queries, vendor drawing review & approval, handling site queries etc.
• Equipment energy calculation with payback period.
• Coordination with other MEP services as per engineering practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having more than 3-6 years experience in HVAC designing and execution.

DESING AND DRAFTING

JOB DESCRIPTION

Require competent HVAC professionals  with at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of HVAC and pharmaceutical sector for design and drafting on software such as AutoCAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & drafting of HVAC system for Pharmaceuticals applications.
• Preparation of Bill of quantities and technical submittals.
  

DOCUMENTATION

JOB DESCRIPTION

Require a competent HVAC professional with at least 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of HVAC and pharmaceutical sector for documentation with intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ
• Prepartion of HVAC Basic Drawings and AFD, As Built Ducting Layouts as per the user requirement
